  • NEW! DANCE FIT: HIP HOP

    In this fun, high-energy class, adults of all levels will get moving to the beats of upbeat, clean hip hop music while learning rhythmic choreography and exploring personal style and expression. Whether you’re a seasoned dancer or just looking to try something new, this class builds coordination, confidence, and cardio in a supportive, no-pressure environment.     Yin Yoga is a slow-paced yoga style where postures are held for longer periods of time to promote deep stretching and relaxation.
