Designed to challenge your body and your mind, each class has new exercises that will push you to the next level and always keep your body feeling stronger and your mind wanting more.

Shred and Sculpt is designed to tone and tighten your body.  Using a a variety of exercises including bodyweight movements, bands, pilates, balls, and more, your instructor will guide you through a workout that will help you find the shape you desire.

Improve your health, body, soul, and flow through high intensity power yoga with low to zero impact. The goal of this class is to deliver a challenging workout with a consideration toward alignment that will increase skill level, fitness, and overall well-being, all while avoiding repetitive instruction from class to class.

TRX Basics utilizes the TRX Suspension Trainer. The TRX Suspension Trainer is “the all-in-one fitness method powered by your bodyweight to sweat, sculpt, and strengthen.” This class will begin with functional movements, such as squats, lunges, rows, and planks; utilizing the TRX to provide greater challenges to the exercises or support as needed. Once clients are comfortable on the TRX, the fun begins! There are unlimited exercises that can be performed with this system. Each class will be designed for the clients attending. This class is suitable for all levels.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga will involve traditional poses, combined with breath to movement in a flow.

From YTX Austin, YoStrong is a high-intensity vinyasa weighted flow with interval training and cardio. The focus is on utilizing every major muscle group and striving to test your mind & body.

The class includes chaturangas, all the warriors, jumping jacks, lunges, bicep curls, deadlifts, and more.

Gentle Hatha yoga is a traditional mat yoga class designed to build strength and flexibility while promoting improved posture, breathing, and stress reduction. This class is suitable for beginners or anyone looking for a slower paced, fun, complete hourly workout. No previous yoga experience is required.

Yin yoga is a slow pace, yoga style, where postures are held for longer periods of time. Yin Yoga increases flexibility, boost blood flow and circulation, promotes relaxation and mindfulness and helps with pain relief.
