Frequently asked questions.

FAQ’s for Kids Classes

What should I wear to class?

Comfortable, form-fitting athletic clothing is best — leotards, leggings, or shorts with a fitted top. Avoid loose or baggy clothing that may get in the way. Bare feet are recommended for acro, tumbling, and ninja classes.  Dance and Cheer coaches may request shoes.

What does my child need to bring?

A water bottle labeled with their name and a positive attitude! For safety, please leave jewelry at home and tie back long hair.

What do my parents do during class time?

Parents are welcome to wait in our lobby, run errands, or take one of our adult fitness classes (check the schedule for times!). Please return promptly at the end of class for pickup.

What should I do if we miss a class?

We offer make-up classes when space is available. Please email or call the front desk to schedule a make-up class within a month of the absence.

What if I need to withdraw my child?

We require written notice by the 28th of the month in order to withdraw. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can adjust your billing and offer your child’s spot to another family on the waitlist.

Can my child try a class before enrolling?

Yes! We offer free trial classes for new students. Contact our front desk to schedule your trial.

How do I know which class is right for my child?

Our staff can help place your child based on age, skill level, and goals. If you’re unsure, reach out and we’ll guide you to the best fit.

FAQ’s for Fitness Classes

Yes! Childcare is available during select morning and evening classes. Check our schedule for times and add childcare at checkout when you register.

What do I need to bring to class?

Bring a water bottle and wear comfortable, supportive workout clothes. Yoga Mats are available to rent for $3.

What if I am running late?

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

I’m new to fitness. Will I be able to keep up?

Absolutely! Our coaches provide options and challenges for every fitness level so you can work at your own pace while still getting a great workout.

Can I try a class before committing?

Yes! We offer a Free Trial to our fitness classes as well as drop-in rates and class passes, so you can try one or several classes before committing to a membership.

How do I cancel a class?

You can cancel or reschedule through your Sawyer account or by contacting the front desk. You may also reach out on our Fitness GroupMe. Please cancel at least 6 hours before class to avoid being charged. (Not in GroupMe?  Let us know and we can add you!)
