CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

  • TRX

    Strap in for a fast, fierce, and focused full-body workout. This class uses the TRX suspension system to target strength, balance, and core stability through controlled, high-intensity movements. You'll push, pull, lunge, and plank your way through timed intervals that challenge every major muscle group while improving mobility and endurance. Whether you're new to TRX or a seasoned pro, this class is scalable to your level with expert instruction and real-time modifications. Expect constant core engagement, efficient movement, and a total-body burn.

  • TOTAL BODY STRENGTH

    Total Body Strength is a dynamic, full-body workout that builds strength, agility, and endurance through timed intervals using plyometrics, free weights, and bodyweight exercises. Led by a certified instructor, each class offers new challenges with personalized modifications to match all fitness levels. With expert guidance, you'll safely push your limits, stay engaged, and grow stronger every session.

  • YOGA: VINYASA

    Flow through a dynamic sequence of poses that link breath with movement in this energizing Vinyasa yoga class. Build strength, flexibility, and balance while calming the mind and invigorating the body. All levels welcome.

  • YOGA: EXPRESS FLOW

    Flow, breathe, and recharge—all in just 45 minutes. This all-levels class blends mindful movement with energizing yoga sequences designed to stretch, strengthen, and refresh your body. You’ll move with intention through dynamic flows that build flexibility, stability, and balance—perfect for an quick energy boost. No weights, no fuss—just breath, movement, and flow.

  • BARRE PILATES

    A low-impact, high-repetition workout that combines ballet-inspired movements with strength and Pilates-based exercises. Using the ballet barre, light weights, and bodyweight training, you’ll target small muscle groups to tone, sculpt, and develop long, lean muscles. The class focuses on posture, balance, flexibility, and endurance, creating a challenging full-body workout suitable for all fitness levels.
