Kids will have access to our main gym with mats for running, jumping, tumbling, and exploring, supervised by our staff, but there is no structured class—just free time for kids to move and play!

AcroDance: Ballet Level Pre-K
Dancers will twirl, stretch, balance, and tumble as they build strength, coordination, and confidence—all through creative movement and imaginative play

AcroDance: Ballet
Acro Ballet is a dynamic combo class designed to develop strength, flexibility, and control through both acro skills and foundational ballet technique.
Acro Ninja Level 1 - 2
A dynamic blend of acro technique and ninja agility, this class helps students build foundational tumbling skills while improving strength, coordination, and control through ninja-style movement and obstacle training.
Cheer and Tumbling
This class is designed for athletes looking to build a strong foundation in both cheerleading and tumbling, developing essential skills while focusing on strength, flexibility, and proper technique for safe execution.
Teen Tumbling
This class is designed for teens of all skill levels—whether you're brand new to tumbling or working toward advanced skills like aerials or back handsprings.
Tumbling Level 1
Level 1 focuses on building a strong foundation in movement, strength, and coordination.
Tumbling Level 2
This Class is for students who have met all of the Level 1 Requirements and interested in continuing to make progress on their tumbling skills.
Acro Level 2 - 4
This mixed-level acro class is ideal for intermediate and advanced athletes ready to refine technique, strengthen key foundational skills, and pursue more advanced tricks at their own pace
Stretch & Strength
Build flexibility and power with our Stretch and Strength class—designed to support athletes of all levels! This focused session targets muscle lengthening and core strength to improve performance, prevent injury, and enhance overall body control.
Tumbling: Friday Drop-In Class, Level 2-4
Friday Tumbling is a Drop-In Class designed to give current students a chance to get in extra repetitions and practice skills that they have learned in their classes during the week.

This Class is for students who have met all of the Level 1 Requirements and interested in continuing to make progress on their tumbling skills.
Tumbling Level 3-4
This advanced-level class is designed for students with solid technique who are ready to level up.
Acro Level 2 - 4

An advanced level class where athletes will work toward seamless skill combinations, complex tumbling passes, and elite acro tricks.
